Museu Oscar Niemeyer (Oscar Niemeyer Museum)
\The Museu Oscar Niemeyer (Oscar Niemeyer Museum) was inaugurated in November 2002 and is an international reference in visual arts, architecture, urbanism and design. The building project is from Oscar Niemeyer himself and includes the Torre (Tower), a recent annex popularly known by the name of Olho (Eye). It is 30 meters high and has four floors. The collection has approximately 3,000 pieces and has works from Tarsila do Amaral and Cândido Portinari. The Sala das Esculturas (Sculpture Courtyard) hosts three-dimensional works of Amélia Toledo, Ângelo Venosa, Bruno Giorgi, Emanoel Araújo, Sérvulo Esmeraldo, Tomie Ohtake and Oscar Niemeyer. The museum has 12 exhibition rooms and holds over 20 annual exhibits.
